Tech Finishes has delivered between 95–140m² of high-quality tiling per residence, including full-height bathroom walls, kitchen, laundry, entry, and selected outdoor areas. Each home reflects meticulous craftsmanship and consistency across large-scale production. The project’s display homes have been recognised for excellence — the Carabelle receiving a 2023 Master Builders NSW (State) award and the Tampa winning at the 2025 MBA Newcastle Excellence in Building & Construction Awards. The development remains ongoing, with completion scheduled for early 2026.
