The Cove – Corsica represents refined coastal living within one of Pelican Waters’ premier residential developments. Tech Finishes delivered over 5,200m² of large-format tiling across apartments and shared spaces, complemented by custom brass detailing for a tailored, high-end finish. The scope also included 900m² of precision-installed pedestal paver systems with integrated waterproofing and 600m² of KLAY brick imitation façade cladding.
