Palm Lake Resort – Pelican Waters is a large-scale luxury retirement community designed to deliver premium living for over-50s residents. Tech Finishes was engaged to complete extensive tiling and stonework across hundreds of architecturally designed homes, averaging 145–150m² of tiling and wall finishes, plus 30–35m² of stonework per residence. With efficient production rates of two to five homes each week, the project demanded precision coordination, consistency, and quality control. The result is a seamless standard of finish across the entire development, reflecting both craftsmanship and scalability at a luxury level.
